ZPL Energy
ZPL Energy has entered into preliminary agreements
for the purpose of acquiring existing oil and gas asset within the
areas of West Africa. This opportunity brings more exploratory rights
in prolific areas and provides ZPL Energy with a
larger operational base. Nigerian operations will be handled thru ZPL
Energy Nigeria Ltd. while ZPL Energy E. G. will
be incorporated for planned operations in Equatorial Guinea.
International Completion Solutions, which is wholly
owned by ZPL Energy, shall provide down hole completion
tools and will be directly involved in the completion phase of our
oil and gas wells. This ownership and planned agreements are supportive
of each of the operations and will play a key role in ongoing operations.
