Description Sliding Sleeve
Sliding Sleeves are and integral component of most completion strings used to open and close communication between the annular area and tubular area of completed production oil and gas well. Multiple sleeves can be installed at different depths to operate production zones independently or in some cases to commingle production were applicable.

International Completion Solutions offers a number of sliding sleeves designed for industry standard compatability. ICS Sliding Sleeves can be configured to open down or up, depending on the customers requirements. They can also be configured with a profile nipple to accommodate wireline locks and plugs.

The device is normally opened and closed using a slick-line unit by lowering tools to the device and opening it using jar action with the ICS Shifting tool.

ICS has three different Sliding Sleeve Models to choose from; the "Model "L", "OD" and the "SU". They are available in a wide variety of materials and thread combinations.
Applications
The ICS Sliding Sleeves are subsurface flow control devices with several applications:
  • Circulating or displacing kill or completion fluids
  • Multi zone well production
  • Selective testing of individual zones, tubing string or completion devices
  • Selective stimulation of individual zones
  • Gas lift operations
